Who is behind this

sanguina.dev is Sanguina's personal website. For anything related to your data you can write to hola@sanguina.dev.

What this site doesn't do

The load time shown at the bottom of the home page is calculated in your own browser and isn't sent anywhere.

[03]

Hosting: Cloudflare

The site is served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which acts as hosting and network provider. Like any server, to deliver the page it receives technical connection data: your IP address, the browser you use, the address you request and the time.

Cloudflare uses this data to serve the site and protect it from attacks, and keeps it according to its own privacy policy. Its dashboard only shows me general traffic figures, such as how many visits there are or from which countries, with no data about specific people. I don't use them to identify anyone.

Cloudflare also asks your browser to send it a short technical error report only if the connection fails (known as Network Error Logging). Nothing is sent when the page loads correctly, and Firefox doesn't support it at all.

Cloudflare is based in the USA; data transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you write to me

If you send an email to hola@sanguina.dev, I receive your email address, your name if you include it and whatever you tell me. Email is hosted by Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Union as providing adequate protection).

Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to people who write (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

The only things of yours I can have are the emails you've sent me. By writing to hola@sanguina.dev you can ask me to tell you whether I keep them, to correct something, to stop using them or to delete them.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
